A "Project QA/QC Coordinator" will be assigned for duration of the project execution.

The project QA/QC coordinator reports functionally to the project manager and hierarchically to the quality director. He is responsible for auditing the project to ensure that the required specifications and documentation regarding quality is being maintained.

The project QA/QC assurance coordinator is responsible for preparation of the project quality plan, and will establish a project based quality management system audit program for verification of the quality plan. Additional control is achieved through his early participation in project work and planning, whereby the quality management system or quality control requirements are incorporated in project procedures. The quality management system coordinator will also monitor the quality control activities through project, vendor shop and construction performance audits as appropriate and where contract necessitates.
